We had a last minute visit from my brother Bill 2 weeks ago. We hadn't seen him in over 3 years, since he was stationed in Japan with the US Navy. He's officially out of the Navy now but had a chance to visit us before heading back to Japan to be with his VERY pregnant fiance. Unfortunately, Junko had her baby almost 2 weeks early and Bill had to participate in her delivery via Skype while sitting in our living room!
Baby Kai is adorable and we hope to meet both him and Junko before long.
Amelia LOVED having her Uncle Bill here for the weekend. We had a picnic at a fun park, went swimming, went to TARGET (her favorite store!) and cooked yummy dinners. Bill was a sport and tolerated repeated shoulder rides, princess movies and dress up with her. She cried when she realized he was gone. : (
