San Diego Part II - La Jolla

We drove to La Jolla during our San Diego trip to check out the beach and try to see some seals.  The weather was in the low 70's and the water was 55 degrees, so it never occurred to me to pack a  bathing suit.  We found a nice beach with a few kids running around so we decided that would be a good place to 'see' the water.  Oh boy.  As soon as we hit the sand, Amelia said she was ready for everyone to put on their bathing suits.  When I told her we didn't bring any, she pointed out all the other kids running around.  Nick was a trouper and walked in the water just a bit, to get her toes wet.  Next thing I know, she's in her underpants up to her waist having the time of her life!  There were baby seals about 20 feet from us which was so cool!
