Uncle Nick's Visit

Nick came for a quick weekend visit from San Diego 2 weeks ago and it was so great to see him after a year and a half!!  The last time he'd seen Amelia, she was only crawling!  It was a low-key weekend although we did find a fun park and had a dinner party with an old friend and her family.

Mavric was nice enough to play with Amelia all night even though she's so much younger than him.  They drew faces on pumpkins with markers and went on pumpkin hunts around the yard.

We got Mavric snuggled up on the couch with Chi Chi and the Disney Channel...

 ...while some of the grown-ups huddled around Amelia's little table for awhile...

...and then Charlotte and I chit-chatted away in the Pink Princess Tent the rest of the evening!  It's official - our new home is perfect for entertaining!
