Baby!

Amelia's vocabulary is increasing quickly! She picked up "baby" over Thanksgiving vacation and has been using it when she looks for Minnie Mouse or the babydoll she used to be afraid of (they're friends now). Besides "mama" and "daddy", she's got "doggie", "Chi Chi" and "kitty" down, says "this" when she points to something she wants. She also says "up" when she wants to be picked up or sit in your lap (although when she wants to get down, she says "up" too - we're working on that one!). Lately she's been saying "poo-poo" when I change her poopy diaper, so we're hopeful that potty training can start before long. Today she grabbed her little behind then came up and did the same to me and said "buh" and then ran off laughing...I can only interpret that to be "butt"! Guess we need to really start watching our language now!
